Start by beating room temperature eggs. Then add in all wet ingredients. In seperate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Place dry ingredients into a sift and combine with wet ingredients. On a medium hot griddle or pan drop a spoonfull of mix, then use spoon to spread a little. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip carefully ( this requires a very thin spatula) cook another 1-2 minutes.
Optional ingredients are pumkin or banana instead of honey.
