Paprika Cauliflower Rice
Cooking Steps
With olive oil in a pan on medium heat, fry the onion, garlic and parsley together until the onion is well softened. Add the rice, and fry until cooked (5-15 minutes, depending on the size of your pan etc). It will still be white, with a little of the rice looking a light golden colour. Add cayenne and paprika, and stirring with a wooden spoon, fry for another minute.
Serve as a side! Enjoy.

I made the cauliflower rice but changed it a little, using less spice but adding diced onion, mango and tomatoserved with paleo satay chicken lovely

Holy deliciousness. I found this on the FastPaleo app, and thought “Hey, you can’t go wrong with cauli and garlic, so why not?”
It is AWESOMENESS. Best served, IMO, with a saucy entree (something to soak into the cauli goodness).
