Protein Bombs

Cooking Steps

Heat oven to 375

Mix together all ingredients except egg whites.
Form into balls and coat with egg white.

Place on paper lined tray in oven for 8-10 mins.
(the egg white gives a lovely hard crispy outside – worth the effort).

  • 1 cup almond nut butter/spread
  • 1 Tbs melted coconut oil
  • I TBS coconut flour
  • I beaten egg
  • 1 egg white for coating

  4. How and where would you store these? I am making a double batch right now!

  5. It took twice as long for my bombs to cook, they never darkened like in the picture, and they are super dry to the point that they disintegrate in to nothing but crumbs and stick in your throat when you try and eat them. I followed the instructions exactly so I’m not sure what went wrong!

  6. Mine were crumbly? And dry , i am eating them cause I don’t want my almond butter to go to waste.
