  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  1. Smoothie came out delicious, the pumpkin pie spice comes through and gives it a nice kick, thanks for sharing.

  2. The smoothie is a great combination of ingredients. I bumped the protein intake with a couple pastured eggs and used my usual greens supplement for the spinach (both have about 1 g protein for that amount). A great start to the day! Thanks for sharing.
