Pumpkin “Pie” in 10 minutes!
Fastest way to a Pumpkin Pie snack EVER. No crap about the microwave either, it’s convenient and I don’t have a lot of time, so … yep
In a 3.5 cup Food Processor combine all ingredients (no order, I don’t care to follow the rules)
hit the HIGH button until it gets to a batter consistency – add coconut milk until you are satisfied.
Add more spice if you want – even a tiny bit of Stevia if the banana doesn’t do it for you in the sweet department.
Empty Pie filing into a glass dish (4×4″ dish lubed with whatever you want – I use Ghee) pop into Microwave for approx 7 mins. Let cool and enjoy or stick in fridge for later.
So good, I’ve had rave reviews on this from non-paleo guests. I never liked pie crust anyhow so this is perfect! <3
Add more coconut milk over it for a more decadent treat
