Cooking Steps

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degress celcius fan forced. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
2. Mix everything together with a handheld blender and pour into baking tray.
3. Cook for about 40 minutes. To test put a skewer in the centre and if it comes out clean, it’s ready. Serve with crispy bacon and maple syrup.

Note: This slice is really moist and might do better after cooking to be chilled, sliced, and then served so to keep it’s shape.

  • 2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
