Cooking Steps
Blend all ingredients in food processor and cook in skillet with a small amount of coconut oil. Medium low worked best for me because the batter is so thick. I also added 1 tsp of baking soda to the mix to make them fluffier.





So what is the rest of the cooking instructions?? no instructions on how to bake!
They aren’t baked. The instructions say to cook in skillet on medium low.
I added some baking soda and extra spices and turned them into delicious muffins. Highly recommend! Just be sure to store them in the fridge or else they mildew quickly.
Needs a little more sweetness, maybe add honey? Stevia tasted strange in the pancakes.
So what I did: take all ingredients and whisk in a bowl together. Preheat oven to 350degrees, then baked as muffins. Took about 20min or so and they were really tasty-but then again so is my herbalife vanilla protein stuff
