Cooking Steps

This fall favorite is still a hit year round!

Blend together into a smooth, tasty pumpkin treat!

Tastes almost as good as the pumpkin shake from McDonald’s ( so I hear :) haha)

Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if you really love cinnamon!

Almond milk – 40 cal, Fat 3.5, Carbs 2g, Protein 1g
Cage free egg – 70 cal, Fat 4, Carbs 0g, Protein 6g
Whey protein vanilla – 120 cal, Fat 1.5g, Carbs 5g, Protein 36g
Cinnamon & spices – Cal 15, Carbs 4g

Ingredients

  • 1/3 can of Pumppkin
  • 1 cup almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 raw cage free egg
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein (about 35g protein, optional)
  • 7-9 ice cubes

  1. Delicious! Added a bit of nutmeg.

  2. I recommend using half a can of full fat coconut milk instead of almond milk. Makes it thicker and creamier.
