Purple cabbage with chicken, bacon & shrimp

Cooking Steps

Brown bacon. Set aside. Cook onion & apple in bacon fat until translucent. Add cabbage, cover & cook stiring approx 15 mins. until reduced.
While cabbage is cooking, cook shrimp until opaque.( I used coconut oil for cooking.) Dice cooked chicken breast & add to shrimp pan. Add bacon.
Once cabbage has reached desired doneness, add Brags apple cider vinegar & meats. Quick toss & serve! Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 head purple cabbage diced & shredded
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 sweet yellow onion
  • 8 slices nitrate free bacon, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 2T Brags apple cider vinegar
