Raw Choconut Bites
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 15-20 times. Then run for about 20 seconds. Check consistency and make sure itâ€™s pretty smooth. Pour into a glass dish (I used an 11Ã—7 dish, but you could do 11Ã—13 or a smaller one for thicker bites). Press down firmly with a spatula or fingers until nice and flat. Cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy! Store these in the fridge for the best taste!
