Almond Butter Tarts

1. Combine the dates, almonds, and salt in a food processor until it begins to stick together. Divide crust evenly among 12 lined muffin cups and press down and slightly up the sides.
2. Drop about 1T almond butter in each crust.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and divide among tarts. Place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens.

  • 1c Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1c almonds
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 c almond butter
  • 1/4 c coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c honey
