Apple Banana Crisp

Have you tried roasted bananas? If you haven\’t, try it. It\’s nice. I have found this recipe tastes very good with banana.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Peel and chop apples and bananas. Toss and turn in lemon juice and 1tbsp of sugar.
3. Mix the oil, 1 cup of nuts (finely ground), cinnamon, cardamom, and zest until a crumble of some sorts is formed.
4. Dump the apples and bananas into a 8×8 pan. Sprinkle the crumble mix on top.
5. Stick it in the oven for 30-40 minutes until it looks deliciously browned. Pull it out, and consume with yummy thoughts.

  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 cup almond meal/walnuts (chopped)/almonds
