With a food processor mix all ingredients together until well processed and smooth.

*Note: If you want to make it \’lighter\’ you can add whisked 2 egg whites to the mix.


  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup (or less, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

    This was great! I used the whipped egg whites and put it in crepes. Nice breakfast with a little cut up fruit. Usually I’m not a big chocolate fan but this was not too sweet and very fresh tasting.
