View this chef’s websiteIngredients 1 can of wild caught tuna 1/2 of an avocado 1 T of pickled jalapeno, minced 1/2 of a shallot, minced juice of 1/2 lime salt and pepperDirections Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mash them all together. I served mine on some crisp shredded iceburg and sliced tomatoes tossed with evoo, salt, pepper and a spritz of lime juice. If you are a cilantro fan, that would be good as well.
