Ingredients
  • 2 large green apple
  • 3/4c. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
Directions
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Slice and dice green apples
  • In a medium bowl, combine apples with remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Spoon into 4 ramekins
  • Place ramekins on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, or until brown
