Banana \”Eggnog\” Smoothie

Place ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend on high for about 2 minutes.


  • 2 very spotted bananas
  • 1/4 c. applesauce
  • 2 T. chia meal
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. cloves
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. milk of choice
  • 20 or so ice cubes
