Beef Broccoli

In a medium stir fry pan, heat oil/ghee.
In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, crushed red pepper, ground anise, ground fennel, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Add skirt steak to stir fry pan.
Let steak sear on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced onions.
Let simmer for about 2 minutes (until onion becomes a clear color.)
Add broccoli. Stir regularly until cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
Mix in the vinegar mixture from the small bowl and stir well.
Let the mixture penetrate (about 2 minutes.)

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Palm Oil or Ghee
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 small Sweet Onion, sliced
  • 1 Head of Broccoli cut in to florets
