Carrot Egg Scramble

Preheat skillet over medium heat. Chop the carrot with the milk in a blender. Add everything else except the cheese and pulse until mixed. Pour into skillet and add cheese. Cook until eggs are cooked, stirring every now and again.


  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 - 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    It sure gets old seeing people complain about the ingredients in many recipes! There are paleo/primal peeps who do dairy–while we all have the same general goals, there is room to tailor a paleo diet to fit your personal needs! In this recipe, milk doesn’t necessarily have to be cows milk, and if you don’t do cheese, leave it out!

    VERY VERY SALTY/Garlicy I reccomend cutting those ingredients in half. It would be good if it wasnt for the very strong taste of salt/garlic. I could barely stomach it as is.
