Brown the ground beef on skillet (I usually have cooked ground in the fridge on the ready).
Cook up the bacon to your desired level of crispness.
Fry the eggs to over-medium/medium well.
Separate lettLuce leaves.
Dice up tomatoes, onions, avocado.
Lay lettuce leaves on plate. Add ground beef, cheese (optional), Diced veg and avocado, bacon, top it with the egg.
Grab a hold, and ENJOY!
- 1lb Ground Beef seasoned to your taste
- Bacon (1-2 per taco)
- Fried Egg (1 per taco)
- 1 Head of Ice burg lettuce (could use other varieties)
- Diced Tomatoes
- Diced Onions
- Shredded Cheese (optional)
