Caveman Broccoli Salad

Mix mayo, vinegar and honey in 3 cup measuring container and hold to the side.

In large mixing bowl place broccoli, raisins, nuts and bacons then pour dressing over top. Mix and serve chilled.

Simple and great! Actually Feeds more like 8!


  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb grilled bacon chopped
  • 1/2 c walnuts and 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 cup raisins/cranberries (dried)
  • 1 1/2 cup paleo mayo
  • 3 TBS White wine Vinegar
  • 1 TBS honey (optional)

    I do not follow a Paleo plan, but am curious what Paleo mayo is. Could I substitute greek yogurt? Thank you :)!

    Just made this last night, but left out the bacon because somehow I didnt have any in the house (how did THAT happen!?). This is great! A perfect side with a chicken breast or something like that. A touch of sweetness from the honey and the dried cranberries goes perfect with the nuts and broccoli. I’m sure it would be EVEN better if I used the bacon too! Thanks for the recipe!

    Awesome! My wife HATES cooked broccoli! I love broccoli, so I looked for a salad like this! WE loved it! We WILL do it again and again!
