Hi Friends!

FastPaleo.com recently welcomed Massa Natural Meats in Northern California as our first local advertiser. For over forty years, the Massa Family has been actively involved in the beef industry, beginning with a small herd of registered Angus cattle in the 70’s.

I was lucky enough to try a sample of their wonderful beef last night, a beautiful grass-fed New York strip, and it was fantastic! The delivery arrived promptly with a really nice thank you note and Massa Natural Meats fridge magnet.

The steak was amazingly fresh and that wonderful deep red-rust color unique to quality, grass-fed beef. I kept it simple, cooking it rare in a cast iron pan with butter and a little salt and pepper, and it was absolutely terrific, so fresh and tasty.

The quality and passion of Massa really comes through in their beef, and if you are in California or out west and looking for a source of very high-quality, family-raised, grass-fed beef, I would certainly recommend Massa Natural Meats. You can order online through their great Online Buthcher Shop. Just the type of people we love to have represented on FastPaleo.com
