Blend ingredients together in a high speed blender. Serve with fresh or dehydrated veggies, or use in place of regular BBQ sauce when grilling. This stuff is absolutely amazing when served cooked or raw!
Pictured: chopped cantaloupe, red bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onions, peaches. Marinated in lemon juice, olive, sea salt for a few hours and warmed in a dehydrator. Covered in cherry BBQ sauce and dehydrated a few more hours. You could easily just grill it, if not going for a "raw food" dish!
