I feel a bit fraudulent uploading this one, it\’s not exactly original but a favourite of mine that literally takes 5 minutes to make after work and you can make extra with no hassle and keep for lunch the next day.

So here are the instructions, read carefully because one missed step of tis complicated recipe will spell disaster.

1. Chop up all the ingredients
2. Put on skewers
3. Season
4. Grill

Adding salad is always an option, making a paleo mayo as a dip is a favourite in my household.


  • Pork cut into slices
  • Chicken cut into chunks
  • Peppers
  • Courgette
  • Red Onion
  • Chestnut Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Any other vegatable you can think of
