Chicken Nuggets

  • 1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken (White or Dark)
  • 3/4 C Almond Flour (Approximately)
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Dried Rosemary
  • Paprika


Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425.

Step 2

Cut chicken into bit size nuggets pieces.

Step 3

In a bowl combine almond flour and spices to taste.

Step 4

Toss a few pieces of chicken in the almond flour mixture at a time. Once chicken is coated, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the chicken in coated.

Step 5

Place in the oven and bake for about 15 mins or until the chicken is no longer pink. Turn half way through cooking so both sides brown up.

    My baby liked it, but I didn’t like the rosemary so much. Will try again but maybe Caesar version
