Chicken Parmesan

Pre-heat the oven at 375. Using a meat tenderizer, flatten the chicken until it’s about an inch thick. Season both sides with any type of seasoning you wish. We used Nom Nom Paleo’s Magic Mushroom Powder but you could do something like Italian seasoning with salt and pepper. Heat up the oil in a skillet until it’s really hot. Sear both sides of the chicken, about 2-3 mins per side. Remove the chicken from the heat and cover with pepperoni, sauce, and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with a big pile of spaghetti squash and enjoy!

  • Chicken Seasoning of your Choice
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
