Been an emotional, mis-educated eater for most of my life, but very active. So, after years of issues and disguising the emotional eating with my pregnancy, I decided to learn for myself (like I have with everything in life) and I started studying Nutrition. The things I have learned over the years have made me not only slim and trim, but strong, super healthy, and in control. I am teaching my son -and ANYONE- willing to listen what I have learned and hope to entertain them with videos, blogs, and pics of my journey. The goal is REAL, FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH AND HEALTH & HAPPINESS through a holistic lifestyle. Our FAMILY motto: HEALTHY BODY * HAPPY MIND * WEALTHY SOUL
