Combine all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and using your hands, mix well ensuring an even distribution of ingredients
Preheat a large saute pan over medium heat or a skillet
Form your meat into patties to your size liking and then cook accordingly in your skillet
Serve with some scrambled eggs, or some paleo pancakes :)


  • 1 Lb ground chicken
  • 1 Lb Grass fed ground beef
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Ounces tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Salt, 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Onion Powder

    This looks so easy! I’m going to make this tonight! However, I think I am going to add 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes, since I like things “spicy!”
