Cocoalmond Banana Bites (21-Day Sugar Detox friendly)

Mash the banana in a bowl, and then stir in rest of ingredients. If you have a mini muffin tin, place mini liners in it, and fill about 2/3 full. You can also fill mini liners without the pan and put them on a plate or small pan. One last option is to line a small pan with parchment paper and drop heaping teaspoon size drops of the batter on to it (if you don’t mind them looking like patties).
Place in the freezer until set. Keep the bites in the freezer (they did not set all the way in the fridge). We liked them frozen, but if you want them soft just set them on the counter for about 5 minutes or so. Makes about 8 bites.


  • 1 green tipped banana
  • 2 TBS almond butter
  • 1 TBS melted coconut butter
  • 1 tsp 100% cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TBS chopped pecans
