1. Sautee cod in almond oil on med heat for 8-10 minutes.
2. Slice avocado.
3. Prep salad bowl with spinach leaves.
4. Add all ingredients to salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
5. Enjoy!

  • grape tomatoes
  • half an avocado
  • almond oil
  • parsley
