Recipe

- Remove the core and outer leaves of the cabbage, and slice into fine strips
- Dice green onion and garlic
- Heat a cast iron pan to med-high heat with olive oil
- Place cabbage and garlic in pan, cook for ten minutes, seasoning with S&P while cooking
- Add most of green onions when cabbage is mostly cooked, save some for garnish
- Plate, and garnish with some more green onions

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • Olive oil
  • S&P
