Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

A super easy pulled pork recipe – flavored only with bacon, salt and pepper!

Ingredients
  • 4 strips of bacon (we use Trader Joe's Uncured Bacon)
  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  • Lay bacon in the bottom of your slow cooker. Place pork shoulder on top of bacon slices and wrap bacon around pork shoulder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours and shred with a fork.
