Fudge

In a food processor blend together cashew butter, cocoa, honey, oil, cinnamon and salt. The mixture should start to pull away from the sides of the processor. Dump the contents into a small 8×8 baking dish or even a loaf pan and press the mixture down into an even layer. Press the walnuts in on the top of the mixture if you are using them. Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours. These must stay refrigerated.
