- Place chicken pieces in baking dish
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken
- Add salt, pepper and curry powder
- Sprinkle green onions and basil flakes over chicken

    Awesome easy recipe! We did this last night with a whole cut chicken and it was absolutely delicious, even the white meat (I’m a dark meat fan because white meat is usually too dry for me)! The added oil really helps hold in the moisture (and adds a bit on its own). Thank you for sharing this!
