Green Frozen Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 3 TBSP fresh lemon juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 TBSP raw honey

Method

Step 1

Roll your lemon on the counter before cutting it and then squeeze the juice out of it.

Step 2

Add ice, water, honey, spinach, and lemon juice to blender and blend on high until smooth.

    Amazing!! I am so surprised that this tastes as good as it does. I decided to make it because my daughter LOVES lemonade and it looked like it might taste okay. I am so glad that I decided to give it a shot. This stuff is so yummy! It makes a great snack and I’m sure it will be awesome next to the pool this summer. I know I will be making this at least a couple of times a week. Thanks!!

    great with coconut milk too! Or add 1/2 an avocado – makes it super creamy and rich….mmmm all those good fats!

    I have all these ingredients just waiting to be blended! Will try it tomorrow before Xfit! I am super excited. I will have to add a scoop of Protein powder though.
