Pour around half of the coconut milk in a small sauce pan and heat on low until warm but not boiling. Put in the cocoa and stir until melted. Put in the rest and heat until warm. Stir well and serve.

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Vanilla powder
  • Cinnamon

    Made this last night! It was wonderful…very creamy! I used dark cocoa and subbed 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract for the vanilla powder. Definitely will be making it again.
