Ingredients
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
  • Zest of two oranges
  • Juice 1/2 an orange*
  • 2 tablespoon honey**
Directions
  • Place the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. I made 12.
  • Place the balls into the fridge to set.
  • Eat and enjoy.
