- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie (or other Nikki's Coconut Butter flavor)
- 2/3 Cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/3 Cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
- Place all of the ingredients in one bowl and mix
- Refrigerate about 20 minutes
- Tightly pack cookie scoop and drop onto parchment paper. This should make 12-15 bite size servings.
- Refrigerate for later or enjoy!
