Paleo Almond Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Roll 1-inch diameter balls from the dough and press onto a baking tray.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Cool and eat!


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chia bran or flax meal
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
