Paleo Breakfast Bread

Adapted from the Paleo Sandwich Bread recipe from www.keyingredient.com

Mix the dry ingredients together, add the egg & a splash of oil to create a wetish batter.
Pour into a greased 4.5inch ramekin.
Microwave on full power for 1minute 20 seconds.
Turn out & slice – serve warm or allow to cool & then toast

  • 1tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1tbsp linseed with milled berries
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (or honey/maple)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • flavourless oil
