Paleo Coconut Cashew Bread

Ingredients
  • 5 Pastured Eggs
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
  • Combine all wet ingredients in a food processer and process for 2 minutes
  • Add dry ingredients and process for 4 minutes
  • Add to a greased loaf pan or a nonstick loaf pan
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes on top rack
  • Cool on Wire rack for 10 minutes and then remove bread from pan and continue to cool
  • Enjoy!
