From our great friend Esther at!!!

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients into a dough.
Using a 1 Tbsp measure, measure dough and form into balls.
Place balls on parchment paper lined baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Strawberry Sauce
1 C Fresh Strawberries
1 C water
1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder

Place strawberries and 3/4 C of water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low. Allow strawberries to slow simmer for about 10 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by about 1/2
Mix arrowroot powder into remaining 1/4 C of water and stir in. Remove sauce from heat. You will find sauce quickly thickens. Serve as a dipping sauce for donut holes. *If you desire a sweeter sauce (though we all thought it was plenty sweet) you could add in some honey.*

  • 1 1/2 C Almond Flour
  • 1 C Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 C coconut milk
  • 1/4 C cold water
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

I know we all have to pay the bills, but the Diet Direct, wonderslim stuff makes me wonder how anyone can get slim on that stuff. Loads of sugar and some very non-paleo ingredients. That said these bars look pretty neat. Gonna whip a batch up and let you know.
