Paleo Frappucino

I love my Magic Bullet! I just threw all of the ingredients in and blended it until the ice was chopped up! And guess what? It came out wonderful! Awesome flavor and taste. Take that, Starbucks!

My husband and I love CrossFit and eating a Primal/Paleo diet. He has lost over 70 lbs. since Jan. '10 and I have lost over 14 lbs. At age 30, we are in the best shape and health of our lives. Our two children follow a primal diet as well, and the results have been amazing! We are enjoying more energy and rarely get sick :)

  • 1/2 banana (you can use 1/4 of a banana if you are watching your carbs)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from the can)
  • 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled/cold
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
