Simple, pop all the items in the food processor and whiz!…despite what peole say, I refreeze leftovers and just whiz them again the soften. Top it with a few extra almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup. May be good topped with cocoa nibs too

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen bananas sliced (slice before freezing)
  • 1 can of light coconut milk (chilled or frozen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds
  • pinch of sea salt
