Peach & Apple Breakfast Compote

Preheat oven to 400. Chop apple and peach into 1/2-inch chunks and dump into small casserole dish. Sprinkle with spices and salt, dot with coconut oil, and drizzle with honey. Stir to coat fruit and bake for about 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.

Options: add raisins or blueberries.


  • 1 apple
  • 1 peach
  • 1 1/2 t. coconut oil
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. cloves
  • 1/4 t. kosher salt
  • 1/8 t. nutmeg
  • 2 T. honey
