Pineapple Pork Chops

1. Season your chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and brown the chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Remove them and set them aside.
3. Add your pineapple chunks and coconut aminos into the same pan and let them cook up until they simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to about medium and place the chops back into the pan right on top of the pineapple chunks. Let them simmer until the juices run clear.

Enjoy!!!

My name is Marlene.I'm a proud Military Wife and Mommy to two gorgeous and charismatic little girls. I'm also a photographer and feel blessed to be able to stay home with my girls while continuing to pursue my passion for photography.I was a vegetarian for 10+ years (hence... You hunt. I gather.) and I recently decided to re-enter the meat eating world. We tried the Paleo "diet" almost 2 years ago and I was not successful, for many reasons. My husband, however, did really well. I've since learned that this isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle. Being vegetarian was probably the hardest obstacle during my first attempt. Eventually I slowly started incorporating seafood and some poultry into my nutrition plan and now here we are. Turns out, I <3 bacon! My husband is a CrossFitter and I joined his box at the beginning of this year. I've never been athletic and I have to admit that I'm kind of surprised at how much I am loving CrossFit! I wish I had started much sooner. I feel great and I look forward to our WOD's which is something I never thought I'd say.
