How’s the crust? Is it crunchy?

I made this crust tonight, except I didn’t have arrowroot so I used a little more coconut flour and a little more almond flour. It turned out pretty good! I had to bake it a bit longer I think, but the crust is solid, not crunchy but you can definitely hold a slice. I also used almond milk instead of coconut milk, and put more herbs in the crust.
