- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Cauliflower Rice. ..uncooked
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 small Onion. ...chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
- 2 tbs Bacon Fat. .. or fat of choice
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Bone Broth
- 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce (paleo)
- Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic and pepper. Form into a dozen medium balls.
- Fry in melted fat. .. turning frequently until lightly browned on all sides.
- Add tomato sauce, broth, and worcestershire. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite noodles.
