Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice. ..uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 small Onion. ...chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs Bacon Fat. .. or fat of choice
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Bone Broth
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce (paleo)
Directions
  • Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic and pepper. Form into a dozen medium balls.
  • Fry in melted fat. .. turning frequently until lightly browned on all sides.
  • Add tomato sauce, broth, and worcestershire. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite noodles.
