Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream if you like and a dash of cinnamon. Also good with a few finely crushed pecans sprinkled on top for a nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cp canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cp canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cp water
  • 1 cp crushed ice
  • 1-2 tsp organic raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
