Raw Carob Chocolate

Boil water in saucepan and add a bowl with coconut oil to melt. Once melted stir in your carob or Cacoa powder (I prefer carob as it is naturally sweeter than Cacoa and sits better in my stomach) Once blended add Desicated coconut and a squirt of liqiud stevia. Stick your finger in to taste whether it needs more stevia and continue to add more to sweeten to your preference. Fill chocolate moulds with desired extras, 3 goji berries per mould is a favourite of mine or a few pepitas adds a nice crunch in the centre of your chocolate. Spoon in your chocolate mixture and put in fridge for approx 15 mins to set, then ENJOY! These are so delicious, beware of the raw chocolate addiction! :)


  • 6 TBS Coconut Oil
  • 6 TBS Raw Carob Powder or Cacoa
  • 6 TBS Desicated Coconut
  • Liquid Stevia to sweeten
  • Goji berries pepitas or nuts to put in centre of chocolates if desired
