Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs...room temperature
  • 1 tbs Coconut Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
Directions
  • Combine eggs, vinegar, mustard, honey and salt with immersion blender. Slowly add oil while blender is running, mixing until a mayonnaise has formed and ingredients are well blended. Store in fridge.
